All House of Llama products are printed on demand. This means we produce each item individually after your order is placed.
Processing Time:
Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be prepared for shipment. Most orders are processed within 4 business days, though times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Delivery Claims and Lost Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it:
- Please check around your delivery location and ask neighbors or household members.
- Contact the carrier directly to investigate.
- If you are unable to locate your package, contact us within 10 days of the marked delivery date at support@houseofllama.net
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to resolve.
House of Llama is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier and does not issue refunds or credits for items confirmed as delivered.
Incorrect Shipping Address
To ensure timely delivery, please verify that your shipping address is entered correctly and includes all required details (e.g., street numbers, building or apartment numbers).
If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect:
- The package may be returned to our facility or disposed of.
- You will be responsible for any reshipment fees.
- We are not liable for delays, losses, or delivery errors resulting from inaccurate address information.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is unclaimed or undeliverable and returned to our facility, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. If you do not arrange reshipment within a reasonable time, the returned items may be donated or disposed of without refund.
